Actimel is a brand belonging to the Danone Group, which offers milk drinks. Its motto is « Stay Strong » which gives the consumers a positive attitude throughout the day. From January to March 2018, France had to cope with a freezing cold wave and many discontented Internet users raised their problems on social media. As a result, Actimel visit the village considered the coldest in France, Mouthe, to interview its inhabitants coping with very low temperatures and showing strong optimism. The goal was to provide personalized advice and support the French in general.
